RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
We have significant technical experience with power generating equipment (gas engines as well as gas turbine engines) spanning research & development and manufacturing of turbine technologies, up to installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance (O&M) of these equipments. We also have deep experience in the development and operation of power assets, including generating plants, transmission infrastructure and distribution networks. Having spent significant time in the energy industry, our experience includes gas production and processing, supply, and transportation, as well as thought leadership in the local and international energy sector.

POWERPLANT DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
In collaboration with our partner companies, we have successfully developed power generating plants across a wide range of capacities, from small captive plants (2MW to 10MW) and embedded generating plants (10MW to 100MW) to large on-grid plants (130MW to 500MW). Our highly skilled team has played a critical role in these developments, guiding projects from the concept stage through to construction.

GAS TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
Gas Pipelines
Fedikore’s MD and CTO, respectively have deep pipeline EPC (engineering, procurement, and commissioning) experience from leading the EPC of two major gas pipelines in Nigeria in our previous leadership roles in Nestoil Ltd, namely the 20” x 40km SPDC Kolo Creek to Soku Export Pipeline and the 48” x 64.5km section of NNPC gas pipeline from Omoku, Rivers State to Umukwata in Delta State.
Both projects presented major engineering challenges because of their locations in the seasonal swamps of the Niger Delta, as well as its crossings of several major rivers. It also came with major community relations and security challenges as a result of the right of way passing through the most militant areas of the Niger Delta. Significant value engineering and creative project management and financial engineering were also used to deliver the projects to world-class technical standard in the face of sever budget and schedule pressures.
WATER PROJECT
Fedikore executed the installation of one of the first successful industrial boreholes at the 9th mile water station in Enugu State. This was commissioned in July 2023, paving the way for the successful completion of the Enugu water station which provides 65,000m3 – 70,000m3 water supply daily to the Enugu Metropolis.
PIPELINE PROJECT
Fedikore executed major water pipeline rehabilitation works at the 9th Mile Water Station, which included construction of large (36” and 24”), as well as small (12” and 6”) coated steel pipeline sections. We equally installed a new 24” HDPE pipeline section, which connects the station to the existing steel pipeline network. We replaced existing valves (36”, 24”, 12” and 6”) and installed washout lines to facilitate routine maintenance at the station. These critical works enabled the tie-in on the three water stations viz Oji, Ajali and 9th Mile with a view to producing over 65,000m3 – 70,000m3 of water a day.
